The questionnaire will also indicate your specific body Dosha, information regarding the characteristics of your Dosha, and all information in your report will be specific to your Dosha!

Determining Your Ayurvedic Dosha

This test will determine your Ayurvedic Dosha based on the answers you supply. Each set of questions has three options. You should select the best option that describes you. You can only select one out of the three

Instructions on how to complete the questionnaire:

Answer the questions as best as you can.
If you cannot decide on an answer, it's best to leave the question blank.
Discard isolated symptoms as an answer.
Only check the symptoms that occur more than once, given that chronic symptoms can be the result of several nutrient deficiencies.

Once you have completed your questionnaire, a complete report will be emailed to you within 2 weeks. These reports are NOT generated by a computer programme, but compiled by qualified individuals who will examine your responses and complete an in-depth report, specifically designed for you! Your report may be up to 14 pages in length, depending on your specific responses and your individual requirements.
