Return Policy:

   • Only products purchased directly from Earthen Silk are eligible for returns.
   • Products must be returned with the unused portion remaining to qualify for a refund.

3. Refunds:
   • Once we receive the returned product and verify the unused portion, we will process your refund.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
   • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Shipping Fees:
   • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Exceptions:
   • We do not accept returns on products that have been significantly used or tampered with.
   • Custom or special-order items are not eligible for return.
